This document collates information collected by the First Nations Health Council from Phase 2 of a two phase engagement process on Indigenous distinctions-based health legislation. Key themes included equitable access to quality health care for First Nations members who reside in urban centres or are away from their home communities; equitable funding for service delivery; infrastructure investments; strengthening First Nations-led capacity;  anti-racism, cultural safety and humility; mental health and wellness; cultural healing and traditional wellness; access to health data and information; and emergency management and environmental public health.
