Description

Drawing from data collected from the Multi-Community Environment-and-Health Study, the authors examined the body burdens of environmental contaminants and blood pressure measurements among First Nations adolescents from Eeyou Istchee, Quebec. The study found high loads from polychlorinated biphenyl congeners, which may adversely affect blood pressure measures among First Nation youths.
