Description

This article assesses the impact of a community-based practicum intervention in a Métis community on the learning of students in the area of cultural safety and humility. The study highlights the importance of community engagement, community-informed practicum design based on strong relationships, reflective practice, and community and student readiness to successful learning that supports a cultural humility approach to practice.
