2020

Atkinson, D.N.

Description

This thesis aims to address a research gap on culturally grounded Métis approaches to addressing HIV and sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections (STBBIs). The author documents and explores the development of an emerging Métis model of health and wellness for people living with or impacted by HIV and STBBI, and conducts an evaluation of a dried blood spot testing pilot for HIV and STBBI in Alberta.
