2019

Rand, M., Sheppard, A.J., Jamal, S., Kewayosh, A., & Mashford-Pringle, A.

Description

The authors undertook an evaluation of Cancer Care Ontario's Indigenous Relationship and Cultural Safety courses, which were mandated for nurses from Indigenous Services Canada (ISC). The evaluation aimed to determine whether the delivery mechanism was appropriate and feasible, participants' knowledge showed an increase, and there were positive changes in the way healthcare practice is delivered.
