Description

This report aims to assess the relevance and performance of the Community Action Program for Children, the Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program, as well as other maternal and child health knowledge development and exchange activities within the Public Health Agency of Canada over the perod 2011-2015. The report draws conclusions about the relevance of and continued need for the programs; their alignment with government priorities, roles and responsibilities; their achievement of expected outcomes; and their economy and efficiency. It also makes recommendations for these programs going forward.
