Description

This study describes the parenting of Inuit children living in Ottawa and examines emergent themes for evidence of autonomy and relatedness. Major parenting themes discussed included: child characteristics, parenting behaviours and beliefs, affection and love, stressors, and responsive and respectful parenting.
