2020

Erb, T.L.

Description

This thesis examines the challenges and successes involved in facilitating Indigenous cultural safety and anti-racism training, from the perspective of facilitators. Findings reveal the need for some possible supports for facilitators as they must constantly assess and manage risks of harm and/or emotional distress that may arise in the potentially risky spaces that cultural safety training represents.
