This article presents findings from a case study exploring the factors that influence the provision of culturally appropriate and quality care for Inuit in a residential addiction rehabilitation centre in Quebec. It highlights the challenges and opportunities for providing culturally safe addiction services and makes recommendations for advancing cultural safety in these contexts.
