Description

This article examines the gaps in cultural safety and competency of existing telehealth services for First Nations and other culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) people in Canada, the United States, Australia, and the Pacific Islands. The authors find that while there are advantages to telehealth, targeted engagement of First Nation communities and CALD people is needed to inform priorities to address inequalities.
