Description

This article presents findings from a case study on how nurses influence health systems as levers for change. The case study involves developing a consensus on key themes across the four high-income countries and using those themes to illustrate how Indigenous nurse leadership has worked to address colonial injustices, contribute to models of culturally safe care, and enhance the Indigenous workforce.
