Measuring health care experiences that matter to Indigenous people in Australia with cancer: Identifying critical gaps in existing tools

2021

Green, M., Cunningham, J., Anderson, K., Griffiths, K., & Garvey, G.

Description

The authors aimed to assess the adequacy of existing measures of patient experiences in Australia in capturing critical aspects of cancer care for Indigenous people and their health care providers. They found that critical aspects of cancer care were only partially captured in existing measures and noted a lack of questions around culture and cultural safety.
