This document outlines the Saskatchewan Government’s priorities and actions to improve the lives of people experiencing disability. The strategy includes numerous starting and future direction actions related to cultural safety and humility for First Nations people, including: providing information on culturally responsive and accessible disability programs and services; supporting culturally respectful disability programs and services for Indigenous people experiencing disability; working together to improve access to provincial disability programs and services for First Nations people experiencing disability; and building capacity and infrastructure to support the delivery of disability programs and services to First Nations people experiencing disability on-reserve.
