This article presents findings from a qualitative study that examined connections between "land", nature, and wellness among young Indigenous people in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The authors provide a strengths-based analysis that focuses on miyo-wicehtowin - the processes of youths' self-determination and agency - in building positive human-nature relationships and enacting "land-making" amidst their urban spaces.
