Description

This integrative review critiques and synthesizes information on what is known about how Indigenous mothers in Canada select and use health services to meet the needs of their infants. The review highlights significant challenges faced by Indigenous women and infants and gaps in the literature on how they select and use health services, as well as makes suggestions for how health providers can better support Indigenous mothers and infants in their use of health services.
