In this study, the authors aimed to evaluate factors associated with accessing routine health care during the COVID-19 pandemic for marginalized urban Indigenous women and Two-Spirit peoples. The study highlighted the need for accessible, culturally safe, anti-racist, and trauma-informed care for this population.
