Description

The authors undertake a scoping review of literature examining birth and childhood health and developmental outcomes of children born to Indigenous women with mental health problems in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United States. The authors find that most of the studies in this area focus on associations between maternal substance use disorder and birth, child health, and development outcomes, highlighting the need for further research in this area.
