This report presents findings from the She-Covery Project, which highlighted the differential impact that the COVID-19 pandemic had on women, particularly on Indigenous women. It makes recommendations to address the issues that made women especially vulnerable to the impacts of the pandemic, including in the areas of leadership and accountability, child care, workforce development, entrepreneurship, and flexible work arrangements.
