Description

One of the key aspects of cultural safety in Indigenous contexts is the recruitment of Indigenous healthcare providers, which in turn relies on the recruitment and retention of Indigenous students into health education programs. In this paper, the authors argue that more culturally relevant curriculum and instructional approaches need to be created for Indigenous students to enable them to be more successful.
