Description

The author presents findings from a study that aimed to gain a better understanding of First Nations modern food systems by evaluating the relationship between ecozone biodiversity and nutritional outcomes in First Nations individuals across Canada, drawing on data collected from the First Nations Food, Nutrition and Environment Study. The author uses a statistical model to evaluate the relative predictive power of biodiversity and other predictive variables in determining the dietary diversity of First Nations.
