Description

This article assesses the association between experiences of discrimination and unmet health needs within the Indigenous population living in Toronto, using data from a comprehensive health assessment survey. The study found a positive association between discrimination and unmet health needs, which reinforces the need for Indigenous cultural safety training for healthcare providers.
