This study aimed to examine the effects of prenatal and postnatal chronic exposure to mercury, polychlorinated biphenyls, and lead on the neuromotor development of preschool children from Nunavik. The study found some significant associations between blood lead concentration and changes in reaction time, sway oscillations, alternating arm movements, and active tremors.
