This poster outlines the researchers' doctoral work that investigates oncology nurses' understandings of the barriers and facilitators to accessing oncology care, their role in shaping access to this care, and nursing strategies to improve access to this care for Indigenous Peoples. The study is situated within a postcolonial, cultural safety, and trauma/violence-informed framework.
