Fatherhood is forever: A resource booklet about providing for a healthy family based on Inunnguiniq teachings gives guidance to Inuit men on becoming confident and effective fathers. It is grounded in the cultural teachings and experiences of Inuit Elders and in the practices of inunnguiniq – making a capable human being.

In 2021 the National Collaborating Centre for Indigenous Health (NCCIH) worked in partnership with the Aqqiumavvik Society to develop this booklet, as well as three other booklets in the series.

In 2025 the NCCIH collaborated with the Nunavik Regional Board of Health and Social Services (NRBHSS) to develop the booklets in two additional dialects.
