Developed in collaboration between the Government of Yukon and self-governing Yukon First Nations, this 10-year strategic plan aims to develop an inclusive public service. It has three objectives: 1) responsive and barrier-free recruitment, 2) culturally safe and supportive working environment, and 3) training and development opportunities. The strategy prioritizes the hiring of First Nations.
