Description
Drawing on case studies from New Zealand, Canada, the United States, and Australia, the authors explore government policies, public health actions, and Indigenous nursing leadership for Indigenous communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Findings from these case studies highlight the need for Indigenous self-determination, data sovereignty, and holistic approaches to pandemic responses to play a role in informing vaccination strategies and future pandemic readiness plans.
