In this article Robertson highlights the stark disparities that have been exposed by the COVID-19 pandemic between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people, and argues that a legacy of denying Indigenous Peoples' rights are at the root of these disparities. The author concludes by discussing how human rights of the most vulnerable can be protected post-pandemic.
