Description

The authors conducted a comparative case study to examine the perceptions of health system leaders in three Canadian provinces on whether centralization and integration facilitated or impeded effective COVID-19 responses. Findings highlighted key insights about potential structural facilitators and impediments to effective COVID-19 pandemic responses, including in Indigenous communities.
