Description

First Nations communities are at increased risk of experiencing the effects of human-driven climate change. One community, Minegoziibe Anishinabe in Manitoba, has been confronting wildfires and flooding in recent years. This capstone project examines the community's holistic approach to reduce health impacts from these climate change events through strength-based approaches that promote mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being and enhance resiliency.
