Description

This article aims to assess associations between socio-economic variables and birth outcomes and infant mortality for First Nations and non-First Nations in Manitoba. Specifically, it looks at the impact of income, education, unemployment, and lone parenthood on preterm births, small/large-for-gestational age, infant death, neonatal death, and postneonatal death.
